Every day in my practice I consult with females about their health – so many different facets come up in discussion – the hot flashes associated with hormonal changes, unwanted pounds, infrequent periods, rest disruptions, changes in sexual interest, the hair loss, unclear thinking, changes in energy – we discuss everything! Over the past svereal years I’ve noticed a trend – many, many more females are reporting exhaustion, sometimes undeniable exhaustion, associated with rest problems, changes in hypertension, changes in thyroid, or even sensation ‘wired’ all the time…a sensation of not being able to slow down.
